Wrong Product and false information presented by salesperson

On the 17th of December 2022 my mom bought a fridge (Defy –DAC645)348LT MET WOT Ref serial no -*** at branch B443 Soshanguve SKU number 212883 at OK furniture for 6999.00.She wanted a fridge with no frost but to her surprise after plugging the fridge it made frost .

She went back to shop to complain on the 24/12/2022 they said the manager is not available and she should come back the 28/12/2022 . She went back and they told her they cannot help her she used the fridge while the saleman gave her wrong information intentionally to push his December sales.

Saleman (Hendrick) told him it was not a frost fridge she confirmed when she started using it.

We utterly disgusted by management and salesperson falls informations and presentation.
