Wouldnt return deposit

My father and I went to OK Furniture in Hennenman to buy a tumble dryer. After giving a deposit and waiting for the credit application to be approved they delivered a tumble dryer to our home. This tumble dryer turned out to be a \demo"or \""Floor\"" model that had obvious damage to it. We phoned and complained and they collected the dryer saying that they are bringing up 1 from Colesberg for us. After waiting more than a week for that donkey cart to arrive with the new dryer we returned to the store with the documents that were stamped and signed"
