Worst service ever

Bought a Hisense microwave at Dobsonville ok furniture store around March.they gave me a display since the was no stock 2 or 3 months down the line a realize the is a rust so I took it back for a new 1 since rust it's dangerous to my health. went back to the store to make a follow up they say the guy who was helping me passed away and they cant help me and Hisense say I was suppose to see it before 7days. What happened to 2 years guarantee when I bought it I so hate the service and the store so I would prefer my money back and go to stores that can help ppl and care more about customer and reputation like takealot and @home I'm sure I was gonna be using my microwave not complaining as if I got it as a free gift u can see with the reviews here that all u care about it money coming in after that u care less.
