Worst service ever

I have had the worst experience at OK furniture. Last year October 2024 on the 26th I made a lay bye at Ohk furniture for a washing machine. My names are Mathoto Elizabeth Leoma

My ID number is *** And I had made 2 payments and my lay buy was due to expire in April.

On Wednesday I went to collect my lay buy . Only to find out it was canceled for what good reason I do not know. I have never went there to make a cancelation. And when the person responsible for my lay buy enquired about my lay buy he was treated rudely by Miss Moloi who is allergerdly responsible for the cancelation.

And I was charged R70 to reinstate my lay buy. On a fault that was not mine. On top of that on loading it was raining and I had my own transport. My machine was handled poorly .the stuff kept complaining that they can't on the van and place my machine properly because their pants were too tight. This is the worst service I ever had. And will never purchase anything at OK ever or recommend it to anyone. If this is how we get treated as customers.
