Worst service ever

Upington Branch: Bought Midea 16kg Top loader and Hisense 37l Microwave on 30 August 2025. They did not have stock on the Washing Machine and informed us that we need to pay before 31 August 2025. I paid 31 August 2025 and received the Microwave, was informed that washing machine will arrive Monday 1 September. Till today 2 September it still did not arrive.

The sales person also informed me that they never had any stock on the floor, if I was told beforehand that they never had stock I would not have purchased it.
