Worst service & consumer rights violation

I was no express my utmost dissatisfaction with OK, particularly Sterkspruit branch my mom purchased a bed on the 28th of November till today. They are giving a grief worse she's an elderly person. I tried to call OK myself, I held on for more than 12 min hence I'm resorting to Hello Peter with their pathetic service let alone the violation of consumer rights.
