Worst service

I ordered a bed on Black Friday. I used their website. I tried calling their customer service number but it was never answered.

I had to call the head office, which worked for 1 day.

They told me that the nearest store would deliver on Thursday. I called the store. All I'm getting are excuses.

"The guy who delivers is already out".

OK is very disappointing.

I can't even cancel my order because their website is outdated.

I don't know how I could even get a refund.
