Worst service

<p>Yesterday I purchased a decoder which includes an installation and I was promised that the installation would be done the same day. I also spoke to the person who was suppose to do the installation and we set an appointment for 15:30. I had to cancel my other appointments and went home to wait for someone who didn't even show up. He didn't even bother calling and letting me know that he won't make it. Now I'm the one who has to make calls and beg for service which I paid for. Ridiculous to say the least.</p>
