Worst night mare

I have bought a defy twin tub machine on saturday and the machine is not working and I reported it and they told me to being back the machine for a refund. I returned the machine but they are refusing to give me my money back. 7 days return policy is not over yet and besides it’s not my fault. Can ok furniture Acornhoek Mall give me my money back pleaaaaseeee. Worst experience ever. They dont deserve any star
