Worst furniture store, worst customer service

Good day, My name is Ncediswa Slera contact num I bought a defy dff 447 double sided fridge on the 30 September 2023 at Ok furniture store in Queenstown. It was delivered on the 3rd September 2023 around 17H00 and was installed/ put in use after 24hrs as per advice received from the store, but the fridge was not working/cooling. I advised the store of the problem the following Monday but I'm still waiting for assistance. Almost 3 months later, no assistance
