Worst customer service in the world

They don’t even deserve a one star rating they deserve a negative infinity. The worst customer service on this planet.

I bought a tv that came with a soundbar at OK furniture. The soundbar had a dent and when I wanted to return it for one without a dent. I was meet with poor customer service and hostile staff who don’t know how to communicate. I eventually decided to return the whole purchase so I can go buy else. Now they are not communicating about my refund that they wanted to give me as hard cash. Who carries cash nowhere?

If I had seen the reviews on here about them I would have never set my foot at their useless store. Sies!
