worst customer service ever

Hi<br> <br> We bought a fridge at krugersdorp OK Furniture and we were told not to switch it on till the following day.<br> we did exactly as instructed and only to find that the light inside the fridge is not working. I called and logged a complaint with the store and was told that the technician would come out the following day. Today(2015/11/20) i recieved a call to say that the bulb is not covered as per K.I.C, I took the liberty of phoning them myself and i was told that the branch needed to come out and attend to the issue, i spoke to the branch manager who told me that i should come and collect a bulb? really? who says that? I asked her what type of customer service would that be and she told me to stop complaining about a bulb... I dont want the bulb fixed, for the way we have been treated, we want our money back, PERIOD!<br> <br> I HAVE NEVER GOT SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY WHOLE LIFE- STAY AWAY FROM OK FURNITURE KRUGERSDORP, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
