worst customer service

On the 29th of November 2019 I bought a bed at OK Eyethu Mall (Stretford) I went to the store in March 2020 to report that the mattress springs are making funny noise and I am not able to turn the bed as the other side falls over to the other. And their reply to me was that they will forward the query to Restonic, till today 6 months later no help at all. I am stuck with a bed i can not turn and mattress springs that make noise as if the bed is breaking. What a waste of my money.
