Worst customer care by OK Engcobo EC

Since bought 2 Restonic beds on special on the 23 November 2023 till today I have not received any kind of communication to say they have stock or not.What they do when u call OK Engcobo Eastern Cape branch they send u pillar to post.Keep on telling me the stockclerk is busy or out of the shop.I don't advise any one to buy in this furnisher shop at all.They don't take their customers seriously.It so painful that someone there is not willing to do their job which will paint the whole business.
