Will this Nighmare ever END??????

I took out a fridge on credit with OK furnitures about a year ago. the agreement was that I would pay a deposit of r1000 and monthly instalments of r314 eacfh month for 30 months, but I have a problem with my account balance that never decreases, in June this year my balance was R2000 in August I still did not see any difference I contacted them to enquire and they told me about 2 insurances that im paying for that I wasn't aware of, the consultant who assisted me when I took the fridge never explained anything about insurance to me and when I found out about it and wanted to cancel they said I couldn't. now were are in November and I received my statement and my Balance is still R1800 I have been paying r320 for the past 5 month for my balance to have gone from R2000 to R1800 in 5 Months. Last month when I made a payment my receipt reflected R1600 and some odd cents but now it has gone up again, Will this really ever END because it seems as though I keep going back and forth and that stupid insurance just works on my nerves and I want it cancelled, they told me to go see the manager at the store who by the way Is never available because I have been there twice already
