Why sell something that’s not in stock westonaria ok furniture!

What a bad experience, I bought a couch 2 weeks back at Ok in westonaria! Till date couch has not been delivered. They keep telling me it’s out of stock and the first question I asked was “ is this couch available?” As I walked in the store and I was told it’s available in randfontein they would order for me! I paid and till date I have no couch but stories😭
