What terrible phone service!

<p>I've just contacted the deliveries department at Zevenwacht Ok Furnitures to enquire about delivery times for items purchased.</p> <p>The very rude lady who answered the phone sighed after her greeting, and sighed after I asked her what their delivery times were. I meant no trouble at all, I just wanted to make sure someone was home when they deliver. She answered me as though I was phoning to make trouble. She really sounded as though she had no desire to answer me, and had such an attacking tone. Not all customers phone to be a problem. I just wanted to find out what time I should be ready as to not waste the delivery peoples time. If she had just said between 2pm and 10pm I would have said thank you and goodbye, there was no need to be rude at all.</p>
