Washing Machine still not delivered

My Husband and I paid a deposit for a washing on Thursday the 25th of June and we were promised that we would get the washing machine on Saturday. Saturday came and there was no machine. On Monday I went and spoke to the consultant who gave me stories about how the truck came early and he was not aware that it would arrive on Friday, he said we would get the machine last week Wednesday since their delivery truck was on service, which made wonder why does that have to affect me as the customer. I was very angry and I told the Guy Jerry that if I don't get the machine I will fetch my money he said fine get your money. My husband went again later on Monday and was told that he would get the machine either Wednesday or Thursday, we waited and still there was no washing machine. My husband went to the store again and this time he was told a story on how the machine we were supposed to have had a scratch and how the truck mixed up deliveries from one town to another. I don't understand why is OK making their problems mine and why is it that they do not care about their customers needs so much. can somebody please tell me what to do because I am furious. acc on my Husband's name!
