WAS SOLD DAMAGED GOODS AND REFUSING TO REFUND ME

In or around February 2014, I bought a fridge from OK furniture in Adderley Street, Grand Parade, Cape Town and since then it has been taken in for repairs 4 times as if fails to meet its intended purpose, \Chad"the store manager has blatantly refused to refund me. for the past 5 days"
