Warranty

Good day. Last year December I returned my sound system back to OK Furniture for repairs and it is still under warranty. I was told they cannot fix and I am supposed to pay R1000 to get a new one. I told them I cannot afford to pay that amount at the moment so today I am told to come and fetch my amplifier, they did not fix it. I will have to send it somewhere else for repairs

They cannot fix and I cannot afford to pay R1000 so whose fault is it? and what they warranty that I paid the day I bought the sound system?
