WAITING FOR FURNITURE I PAID FOR

I bought my furniture for my new place at Ok Furniture Germiston on October with laybye and i gave them a deadline of the 1st of December it is when i want it to be ready and they agreed to have it ready. I made all the payments as request and on time on the 1st of December they call me to tell me that they would not be able to deliver my furniture due to it was sold on black friday and now they do have no stocks on their warehouses I have to wait another month for them to arrive because they have order it. Which does not make sense to me why sell items that already have a buyer that is paying for them. I am currently in an empty house without a furniture while they are fully paid. The do not want to even refund me my money and they do have my furniture.
