Waiting for 5 weeks for a lounge suite that is paid

<p>We bought over R25000-00 furniture from OK Furniture Sasolburg. (Cash) We had a few problems witch was sorted out after a long battle. Then after 6 weeks we contact the manager informing him the lounge suite witch we also had a problem with broke in the middle of the 3 seater. He promised us that he will sort it out within a week then after a week and a half we had to contact him again asking where is the new lounge suite as promised and he informed us that he is looking for the truck because it got list he doesn't know where it is but he will get back to us the following day that was the beginning of Desember 2016 and we still waiting. I can't believe that a big company like OK Furniture can employ a *********** person like that as a manager.</p>
