Waiting delivery.

I bought furniture on credit at OK furnitures Randfontein, signed the contract and paid the deposit required, from there I was promised the furniture would be delivered immediately. It's been 24 hours since and nothing is in my possession.

I called the store to speak to the consultant and the manager of the store and I was given the run around, the phone rang for long before the receptionist answered. She transferred the calls but they were not picked. At some point I had to change my caller ID to private because my calls were no longer picked.

I also reached out to the head offices for some assistance but it was to no avail because the calls were neither answered there just kept ringing.

No one got back to me, the shop is closed and it's the weekend. The story will be that they don't do deliveries on weekends and I will have to wait until Tuesday seeing it's the long weekend. What am I to do?....
