Very very very very bad service

Ok Express Emerlo I have bought a laptop for R6000 that was on display.this laptop it's was not working properly and I decided to book it in for repairs but to my surprise it's 2 month's now the laptop is still in repairs;and according to their repair policy a unit will not take more than. 21days in the repairs centre however they where suppose to refund or give me a new laptop This outlet business their service it's poor even now I have not received the laptop and it's going to 3months now
