Very unhappy client waiting for 4 days just to get service

As we have all our neccessary documentation with us and the sales person scand it and send it to of with our original lease agreement. 2 days later just to inform us that the lease agreement is to old and that it need to be renewed. So we went to our landlord and another lease agreement was drawn up again. Well this morning on the 16th of November 2024 we dropped it off again at the same store O.K.furniture Parys Freestate. This is now the 5th sms that I've recieved from head office. At least they could tell us what documents they are looking for. I am now so frustrated about this whole thing. In the meantime I'm in the dark because there are no help from the store to the head office. Well I think I will definitely take my business to another Retailer. For this is a very very bad service. As I have to thrown away all my stuff in my old fridge. As the person told me don't worry you will have the fridge by tonight that was now Wednesday evening.
