very unhappy

i bought a bedroom suite from OK furniture Randburg square branch in Oct 2017, when i got home i realized it was broken, i went back to Dudu and she told me that they were going to fix it. no one bothered to come back to me, i went there again and they told me that they need to call their supplier. i wonder why would i have to wait for the supplier and even if they call supplier without taking the product back for inspection.

all i want is my money back, i can not keep a broken bedroom suite in my house, its taking up a lot of space because it doesnt sit as a suite anymore, its the pieces of a bedroom suite.

from what i realized, it seems like when they sold it they knew already that it had issues but proceeded with selling the product. i am very dissapointed with this experince and i dont know where to take this to
