Very poor service Ok Furniture and Defy

I bought a fridge 2024 June and this year March stop working and now Ok Furniture is not helping me to fix it or give me new fridge they say the warrant it was 2 years😡😡😡😡. I am so angry i spent 16k buying that fridge.
