Very poor service at OK furniture!!

I bought a microwave at Ok furniture Green Acres,they said it's out of stock but they going to call me as soon as the stock arrives.. A week later they called to say the stock is not in yet.. Last Monday I went there,they said Friday,but I could not go Friday... Today I get there they say next week,so I asked for a refund,they said they don't have enough cash today I must wait for their call when they do..
