Very poor service and wrong price on merchandise

I went to Kenako Mall in Port Elizabeth to purchase a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately the one I wanted was damaged and they were out of stock with the others. I then went to Pier 14 where I experienced the most unpleasant customer service or rather not service. I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged us. Went to the vacuum cleaners and saw one for R599. I waited for a sales consultant but no one came. My son and grandson then went to the speakers while I went to look for someone to assist me. I found two ladies sitting at a desk not far from where I looked at the Vacuum cleaners having coffee. The lady at the pay point was on the phone looked at me but didn't worry either. I asked for help and the one lady stood up. Asked her I would like one of the vacuum cleaners. She said she just want to check if they have in stock. She said they had and I had to go pay she will bring it. At the pay point it scanned R999. I said to her it's priced R599. Then gentleman came around the corner that was playing a soccer game on a machine behind mirrors while on duty. The one gentleman then said it's the wrong price. I said it's standing on the machine not next to it. He then fetched another Hoover a small one that is not even displayed on the trading floor. Worse there was not even another price standing any where around so I could say it was sold. I said to the gentleman but that one I far different to the one I want and is no where on the sales floor. They then wanted to sell me a smaller ons for R599. No apology nothing and I walked out. I even have a photo of it so they can't say I was lying.
