Very poor customer service

I'm so unhappy with the service I got at OK furniture at Zewenwacht mall. I bought a washing machine at the brance on the 20/07/2021 and was told that it was going to be delivered to me after 1 on the 21/07/2021. I phoned them just before 3 and they had a whole lot of excuses to give me. I was told that the delivery people could not deliver my washing machine due to the protesting which I would have understood if someone had picked up the phone and just give a call to say that it will not be delivered today. But instead me the customer must phone after them to find out why my washing machine was not delivered. Very unhappy customer and I don't recommend people to shop there. One would think that I learned my lesson the 1st time around.
