Very dissapointed

I bought a bed at OK Furniture on black Friday for R3 000.00 still waiting, please can OK Furniture deliver my bed and I don't want the refund I want the bed. Its just seems that they were only wanted to push sales and after not caring of the customers. I spoke to the sales lady by the name of Dimakatso and the stupid manager by the name of Ernest and they keep on telling me the is no nothing they can do because they don't have a stock why at the first place you selling something knowing that you don't have its totally unacceptable. I heard bad service about OK Furniture Hartswater but I couldn't believe those rumors. Please I need my bed or if not something for that quality before end of this week which is the 15th December 2017. And please OK Furniture must take their managers to proper training because that Ernest manager he doesn't know what he is doing there. its very disappointing. We bought that bed knowing that it will be delivered on time as they promised us what ****ing me off is that they don't even phone us updating with the situation so my mom must phone them every time with her airtime, what they think they are!.
