Very disgusted of Ok furniture because I don't understand why I should wait for them while they are busy sorting their problem with Hisense. I didn't buy a fridge at Hisense.

Im so disappointed with Paulpietersburg OK Furnitures. I bought a Hisense refrigerator on the 23rd of September 2023 and I bought it on cash.The fridge was delivered and it was not working its only today I decided to go drop it off because nobody was interested to pick up the fridge from my home even though I've made a claim on time. I'm honestly very distorted because I bought this fridge cash for R15000. I'm being told that they sending emails to Hisense but in the interim I don't understand why am I not getting a new fridge since the issue isn't mine. So people around Paulpietersburg be careful of Ok otherwise you will find yourself on the situation like mine.
