Very disappointed at OK furniture

I lay byed a TV from OK furnishers in Grahamstown. When i have made my last payment and wanted to take the TV home that I’ve been waiting for in anticipation for the last few months. To my dismay i have been told that the TV that i have purchased has been sold out in the mean time. They then made a few calls but could not find the same TV that i have purchased in the neighbouring towns the only one they could find was at Cleary Park just to come back to me and tell me that it is faulty. The manager in your store then tries to sell me a smaller TV at the same price or another one that’s the same size for a few hundred rand more when clearly this was not our agreement and not fair at all. I feel that the fault is with OK furnishers and if anyone was to take a loss even for a few hundred it should be OK furnishers as i held up my side and made regular payments as discussed. He then also tries to convince me to buy another TV because Telefunken is a horrible brand he says. My question is then why sell it to me. I was very upset about this and I asked for their Regional managers email address and number Mr Sam Naidoo. I emailed him with my problem but it's a week later and he still hasn't responded also I tried to call but he doesn't answer his phone.

So the conclusion I've come to and decided to share with South Africa is that Ok furniture does not care about us as customers only our money. Mr Naidoo I think you a horrible manager and have no clue what it is to run a store.
