VERY BAD , VERY POOR SERVICE!!

VERY BAD , VERY POOR SERVICE!! Purchased an online order, no feed back, no help, i have spoken to 7 people and nobody there knows anything, or they simply just doesn't answer their phones. So now, i don't have my furniture, and no refund.
