Very Bad service from OK Furniture Mthatha.

On January 2023 I submitted my nephew's laptop to OK Furniture to Mthatha for repair, It has been more than a month the laptop been delivered to the shop, and it seems no one is doing any follow up with regard to the repair of my laptop. I have not even had one phone call for an update with regard to the repair.
