very bad service

i am so disappointed with the service and in the Stove that got delivered. The delivery vehicle came late at 19H00 . The goods came with a lot of defaults when i called the store spoke to the store manager Mr. Abraham Maphosa he is so rude he doesn't know costumer service . He told me its not their problem as i have excepted the delivery. The attitude i got from the store and the delivery guy MR Osiame was not up to standards. This is very sad as i have spent my hard earned money buying this stove. The store will not deliver their display items at our door this is very humiliating.

I want the stove to be removed form my house back to the store.
