Very bad client service

Today i went to ok furnitures in Pretoria north to buy a red hisense fridge. To my suprise the fridge was R6999 and i had seen it at game store for R4999. When i asked the store manager if ok furnitures does price match. He told me to my face how that is such a waste of time and how we customer's like to expect the impossible. When i went further on and said " by coming here it's because you are close to me and i have cash now". He just said no, just go to game. Is that really how you treat your clients?
