Unsatisfied customer

Good Day

I hope all i well with you.I need assistance with the following matter please.Last year 17/062021 I bought a sound system Sony High Power Audio System from OK Funiture I bought it cash for 13K this year 13/02/2022 the system was faulty I returned the sound system to OK Funiture the 14/02/2022 and till date I have not recieved any positive feedback from the store I wa there numerous times and was told on every occasion they will call me but they never do or did till date.
