UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I bought on laybye a washing machine at OK Furniture in Lusikisiki Plaza, I put a down payment of R 750 on the 7 of January 2019 then on the 30 of January 2019 i paid the full amount which was R2299.00, the on the 17 of February at got broken on that part which you use to dry the laundry and i went stuck and when i try it it spin fast and it broke, I went to report it at OK FURNITURE on the 19 and they told me i must come the following day i went to the store the following day they told me its not their problem they not going to take it back or fix it. I don't understand if they say they its their problem because it's not even a month i bought the washing machine, because nobody in their right mind will buy an appliance and damage it on purpose, i could have understood if they said they not going to give me the new one at least they could have fixed it for me. Please help me
