UNSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!

My experience with OK furniture in Zevenwacht mall started off great when I entered the store in the market to buy a new bed and fridge. I was assisted by a sales person by the name of Naykes who was ready to make a sale. I opted to laybye the bed and fridge. When I finalized my laybye I was informed that my furniture will be delivered the next day. My disappointment came in when my furniture was delivered to the wrong address even though I personally gave the store manager my correct address and paid for the delivery to that area. I spoke to the delivery guy who was very frustrated with me because the address was incorrect. When he delivered my furniture, my furniture was not handled with much care. It was just dumped and they left. I proceeded to complain with the store manager who assured me that she will make contact with him and get back to me. She has not returned my call. I opened the package around my bed and discovered one of the legs were broken. I am super disappointed in this store. I definitely won’t be purchasing from OK Furniture again.
