Unsatisfied

Hi ....I have a situation whereby a sister of mine bought a washing machine at Ok furnisher Mafikeng ....an the machine had a crack that we didn't recognize until we tried using it water was all over ...we called the shop they brought an electrician an he said they would fix it but didn't come back until we returned the machine at the shop an the manager said it's out of warranty there is nothing they can do abt it ...mind u we bought it on black Friday in Nov jus 3 weeks ....they say we must pay 2000 for fixing
