Unsatisfactory service, dishonestly, false promises and disappointing lies

On the 26/06/2021 I bought sofas at midrand OK at boulders and they were delivered on the 29/06/2021 and on the 14/07/2021 we reported that the sofas were torn and wires coming out of the seat. They told us that they will come collect but due to looting they cannot come but immediately looting stops they will deliver new sofas and collect the once that are torned we agreed but that did not happen and we took initiative to go to the store for follow up and they told us that when supplier comes they will deliver and nothing happened until on the 03/08/2021 they sent driver to collect but they did not supply the new once as promised. Then I called Tumi the manager today and she told me that unfortunately they cannot give us the new sofas they will repair and bring them back and I was suppose to buy clothes to cover the sofas to avoid dirtyness. So if the situation is like this what to do because I am not happy about the service and I need my money back they say they will not refund me.
