Unprofessional

I would just like to tell Christo the regional Manager from Malmesbury OK furniture, that his staff have no client service towards their clients especially the supervisor Wilemina Scheepers, screaming and shouting on the client, its not on at all, although I have chatted and laughed with some of the employees, but does not give her the right to talk and scream on me like I am a child, because first of all I'm the client and not her child.And I would like a verbal apology from her in front of all the staff and the people that was present when she humiliated me.
