Unprofessional and Undermining Service by OK Furniture Mankweng
I had a very bad experience with OK Furniture in Mankweng, Paledi Mall. I asked my assistant at the project that I am doing to go buy two 4 plate stoves (Hobs) on 24 December 2018 and they advised that they do not have them in stock but he can pay as they have will get stock from Town (Polokwane). The last time when I made a telephonic follow up, they made an undertaking that their national warehouse will make despatches on 14 January 2018. Yesterday they called my Assistant to say we can only get the stoves the end of January or we must come get a refund.
Unfortunately, we have not bought a refund from them so I refused and took it up with their Customer care. As if this whole inconvenience was not enough, they **** to their customer care that they have sent me an email and as at the time of writing this review 15:30 (SA Time) I have not received any email or communication from them.
I had respect for OK but the behavior of the Salesman and the Manager at OK Furniture, Mankweng, Paledi Mall gradually rubs off that respect and confidence I had in the Brand. Hopefully they will wake up and attend to my situation as I have lost R5000 for the month of January as I could not finish my two units that the clients should have occupied on 04 January 2019. I had to make 5 international calls, 3 to OK furniture Mankweng and 2 to their Customer Care as I am out of the country to try and follow up on this situation.
Why do customers have to fight before getting the service they pay for with their hard earned money?
