Unprocessed insurance claim due to a rude lady sending me up and down just to avoid dealing with my case at OK furniture Birch Acres Mall

On 21st March, I went to OK furniture Birch Acres mall in Tembisa do process my insurance claim, I really wasn't expecting such an arrogant lady to be at my service, the lady came to me, asked for my ID of which I provided, she added by asking for the case number which I provided as well. Further to that she asked me why I had stayed 28 days before claiming the insurance after the case has been opened, to which I rep**** and said to her, I was not around, I have tried to launch a claim in Polokwane and the nice lady from that store, after trying her level best the system couldn't allow her to process the claim on behalf of OK furniture birch acress account number, she further explained to me that I should go to the store where I had bought my furniture at. In addition to that she told me I will be given a form to take to the police station and I should have an affidavit, to which I even told her, when the incident happen I wasn't around Tembisa therefore my cousin is the one who opened a case and she said my cousin should write an affidavit. Well back to birch acres, this rude lady started going around in circles telling I should have came immediately when the incident happen, I should have, I should have, I should have. Well I should have came to the store the first chance I got and that was the chance, it was a holiday and a long weekend, she realized that I was waiting for my cousing with an affidavit, she then said she will need my affidavit too, this means I must go to Tembisa police station, clever lady realized that it was 11 o'clock by the time I come back the shop will ne closing, so out I went to get an affidavit from the police station, came back with my cousin and both the affidavits requested, as I enter the door, the security was ordered to close the shop, wow so **** there goes my claim, I even asked her when will I get the other claim documentation that must be stamped and signed by the police at the police station, lady acted like she can't hear me. I regret having an account with the store as it is. To this day I am unable to process my claim as I am not around Tembisa full time, had this lady been so professional, gave me the necessary information to go with to the police department, and upon my return, took her 5 minutes to process my claim perhaps I'd speak a different language, the lady was very rude and unprofessional, she sent me up and down just to buy time in order not to deal with my case, to avoid processing my claim.
