UNIVA GAS STOVE

On the 1st April 2026 I went to OK furniture store in Tibane Mall, Polokwane.. Bought a Univa gas stove for my mother and we were assisted by Sindiswa, the Stove was R5999 and we also paid R400 for delivery. We were told that the stove will be delivered to my mother s house on the same week, but Untill today we didn't receive the stove. There is no communication from the store, there is no update...

I called the store severally times already and their respond is that they didn't receive the stove, the lady is not helpful at all. I asked for OK furniture head office number so I can atleast be assisted and I was told to use Google. My query is why must I be the one calling them to find out, can't the sales assistant do the follow up for customers?

How long are going to wait for the stove? We bought the stove because we are in need and no one told us that it is going to take this long for a delivery otherwise we were going to buy from other furniture stores.

We are not happy at all with the service, can employees in OK furniture store in Tibane please provide the best service to their customers even after making sales please.
