Unhappy OK Customer

Hello Peter please help a traumatized customer. m not happy with Ok furnitures ,on the 17 July 2018 I bought a Hisense plasma tv which was on special 49 cm,aftr 4weeks it was not showing pictures,I sent it back to the shop East london branch,Oxford street.They called me after few days that my Tv cannot be repaired,it has ****roaches was very surprised because not a single ****roach you would find in my house.They didnt open the Tv before they give it to me ,to check if everything is in order. I'm so so angry please help.
