Unhappy its been two months now

I have been having issues with the fridge I bought at Ok funiture at vosloorus , the fridge is making an annoying noise, its been to months now I have not been helped. OK sent a technician early this month and I was told that the fridge operates like that, I wasn't told that when I bought the fridge, they said they goin to send a second technician they even gave me a referance number WJ038084. The branch manager Rodia hanged up the me as I tried to make a follow up, I find that very RUDE.
