Unhappy customer-order not received after weeks

I ordered 3 piece couches on the 28th Nov 2024 and the salesman Sino told me that they can be collected in Cala Ok since I was buying them for my gran who lives there.He informed they do not have stock but will inform me when the order has arrived so my aunt can collect but have not received anything to this.I have been doing follow ups and even went to the store.Laat week he informed me that Ok in Mthatha have the couches but will have to collect them there.I told my aunt about this and she arranged for someone but today I am told Mthatha does not have stock and he is not sure when I will get my couches.I am really not happy because I have waited weeks already and there is no direction.
