Unhappy customer, Lack of Professionalism 1/2 over 100%

If there was a half star I would rate it half. OK furniture's. I cannot wait to finish my debt with you guys, I have been calling them for so many times for them to reactivate my debit order. When you call them asking them to call you back they don't call back firstly, finally when I called them again after doing cash payment in-store I called again for the same query they said they will call me back for feedback regarding my query......they never did. Weeks later in the same month, the most F#$@en rude trace agent comes to my place, forcefully wanting to repossess my TV mind you I have paid up a 1000 rand on the very same month of calling so many times requesting a debit order arrangement. No statement are being sent to me........ I am so DONE with OK furnitures!!!!!the f#$%en agent told me that "I MUST MAKE SURE I COME WITH THE TV IN-STORE"
